Is it out of reach? Or have you just not stretched yourself far enough?Well I guess to answer this, I need to define my goals. My current goal is to loose 20-25lbs and complete a triathlon (or two) in 2013. No my goals aren't out of reach, but I am not currently on a good track to reach them anytime soon. I need to stretch further to reach them.
Goal 1: Loose weight

What will I do to reach my goal?
- Record what I'm eating - I keep saying that, but I really need to take the time to track. I think I will start eating a smaller menu for most days, as it will make tracking so much easier... Not as fun, but definitely easier and right now that is what I need. A fully planned day of food.
- Continue drinking 10+ glasses of water a day.
- Exercise - I need to get out and exercise a minimum of 6 days a week. I want to get organized so that we can start walking to school again.
Goal 2: Complete a Triathlon
- Run - 3 runs per week - on days too wet and miserable to ride.
- Bike - 2-3 rides per week - I don't like riding in the pouring rain, so these days will be set based on the weather!
- Swim - I'll start with 1swim per week.
- Enter a 5k or 10k race... still trying to figure out when....
Good for you. If we were all honest we proably could all stand to loose 30 lbs, I know I could. Good luck on reaching your goal. Blessings, Debbie
